I bought my wife a ring and a free gift with her birthstone was included -- when we received both, the free gift had another birthstone! We were disappointed, but it was free so could we complain? With no expectations, we contacted customer support and told Jessica what happened; she managed to get us a pair of earrings with the correct birthstone and let us keep the ones they first sent as well.

Fantastic jewelry, but exceptional service! Customer service manager Pearl was incredibly helpful when I needed to get a minor repair done, providing regular updates on the super fast repair covered by the lifetime warranty, and my prized necklace arrived back not only looking like new, but in a brand new box (which is super slick, it has a light in it to really make it shine!) Would absolutely recommend others to Angara!

I bought two different style rings. Not too fussy with diamonds. Wearable for every day casual smart cloths and fine for special occasions. The gems themselves with just little diamond accent looked really tasteful and suited my hands admirably.

As a wary first time online jewellery purchaser, I was a little nervous about this transaction. I searched for a long time for exactly the ring I wanted and Angara had it.
I had no need to worry. Within hours of my order Angara customer service rang me to confirm an address detail. They were friendly, easy to talk to as reassuring that I would receive my ring in the timescale stated.
The ring itself is absolutely beautiful. The quality of the stones and the band itself are excellent. I love the fact that you can customise your item to suit your requirements and budget.

Awful from start to finish.

A engagement ring diamond and morganite less than a year old the diamond falls out. Angara mend for free but less than a week after receiving it back it fell out again.

I wouldn't bother, great costume or occasional jewellery but long lasting forever jewellery no chance! My partner never wore In the bath, never washed up and works in an office so nothing that could cause any wear and tear. Just shocking quality.

I wouldn't even dare have it fixed again! A stressful engagement and how very very spoilt it has now been!!

Barbara stein has is apparently with it and i have been informed multiple times by the online chat it will be dealt with in 48 hours and then another 24 etc etc... it has now been 5 days since my first online chat for the issue where I want a refund as I can not deal with Angara any longer.

I bought an heirloom Opal and diamond ring for my Fiancée as her engagement ring. It was posted a lot sooner than I thought it would be and when it arrived I was totally breath taken by the quality of everything from the packaging right down to the ring itself! It came in a beautiful box with a small light to highlight the ring when opened, not a touch you really see anywhere else! The ring is so pretty and the opal is such a high quality stone. I’m really impressed and will definitely be using Angara again!

I would not recommend anyone buy from here, I bought a custom sized bracelet for my girlfriend which arrived in the standard size, I sent it back for resizing and it came back again the same size - what did they actually do? It’s been over a month since I purchased the bracelet and now I’ve had to ask for a refund , absolute waste of time .

I spent more than I normally would on a pair of sapphire and diamond earrings. I had lost one of the original pair bought years ago and was very upset as they matched my engagement ring. I was delighted when my parcel arrived this week, beautifully packed and with a tiny light illuminating the beauty of the stones. Not only that, but Angara also included a little pair of garnet earrings - a lovely touch! I am looking forward to wearing my new earrings, probably on our wedding anniversary on April 2nd.

I love the ring I ordered from Angara! 3 years later when one of the stones came out, they were very helpful and the customer experience was great to get the missing stone replaced.

I received the perfect ring for Christmas and ended up ordering a companion ring to go with it. I needed it sized down and the representative I dealt with, Yosh Mathew, made everything so easy. Wonderful customer experience and product!

I was purchasing an emerald for my wife and did want someone live to run a few questions by. Yosh Matthew was extremely helpful and did provide me the guidance I was seeking to make my decision. I ended up choosing an 1.5 ct. emerald heirloom. He also kept me informed of the processing and ordering schedule and followed up with me after delivery. I will strongly consider Angara for my next purchase.

Received my ring but found it was uncomfortable on my finger and decided to return. I was having problems getting the return form on line and chatted with Rose.While we were chatting she sent me the form to my email. Very helpful and quick. Looking for another ring to purchase.

Angara's "guaranteed" delivery dates are bogus. More like a fantasy than a commitment. They didn't even ship my product by their "guaranteed" delivery date.

Buy someplace else more reputable.

I was looking for a tanzanite ring. I have one but the stone keeps falling out due to the prongs. It was NOT purchased with Angara. I chatted with Yosh Mathew several different times on what would be the best without having to worry about that. This was a present I was buying myself and wanted a nice ring. Yosh offered the rings he felt where the best protected for everyday wear. We chatted again and 6 prongs. Our conversations were several different times over the week. Knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I can't wait to get my ring. Thank you Yosh! I will be back!

Zero stars. I ordered an item over a month ago, and was immediately updated saying it was shipped. I am still waiting for this item, with no update from Angara on its location or when I will receive it. I will never use this company again, extremely unreliable
